The Light Princess (Audiobook)

George MacDonald, R. Hall

1 hour, 34 minutes

George MacDonald was friend to Mark Twain, adviser to Lewis Carroll, and hero to C.S. Lewis. His outsized imagination and prolific pen produced some powerful stories that harmonize with Christian beauty.

"The Light Princess" is a short story about a princess cursed with the loss of her gravity - and a lightness of mind that confounds her parents. This story delighted the Hall family for years, so in the fall of 2018 R. Hall produced a new audiobook version so more families could enjoy it.

It is a children's story, though its Victorian English might be a little stuffy for younger kids. And, like all good children's stories, it will hold its own with the grown-ups.
